RON JENSEN O.D.

Dr. Ron Jensen has practiced Optometry for more than 35 years. He had Optometry offices in the Los Angeles area prior to relocating to the Coachella Valley 12 years ago. He opened Old Town Optometry in La Quinta 7 years ago as a family practice that strives to give the best in patient care and provides a wide assortment of frames and lenses to cover every individual's needs.

Your comprehensive exam includes Glaucoma and Visual Field testing. Retinal Imaging machinery was added to the practice in September 2007.

Lab facilities are available on site.

Ron loves the desert and enjoys strenuous hikes along the numerous hiking trails located through out the Valley. He and his wife Joan and their 2 dogs live in La Quinta.

Kitty Hoddick, Optician & Stylist

Kitty has more than 30 years experience as an Optician previously working in Orange County and the Newport Beach areas prior to relocating to the Coachella Valley. She has been with Dr. Jensen since Old Town Optometry opened in 2004. Her knowledge and training are available to help you select the best frame and lenses. She is happy to assist you in all of your optical needs.

Joan Jensen, Office Supervisor

Joan along with the staff at Old Town Optometry is available to help you with your eyewear needs. Joan, Dr. Jensen's wife, oversees the day to day operation of the office and selects the frame assortments offered.

Bobby Mc Gee, Licensed Optician

Bobby joined Old Town Optometry 2 years ago and brings with him many years of Optical experience. Bobby is available to help with your frame and lense needs and will ensure that your frame has the proper fit. He also can cut your lenses in our in house lab as you wait.

Mary Montclaire

Mary recently joined our team as receptionist. She will be happy to asist you with your appointment and insurance needs.
